• I had a manicure appointment before going out of town for 2 weeks. The manicurist felt ill and had to call out of work morning of, but Lauren worked around other circumstances and secured a spot for me within a small window of time. She continued texting and even placed a call to me and left a message!! She went the extra mile and then some. For that reason, I am so completely satisfied! She might have seen it as doing her job, but she made me very happy.
