• I would say that this was important because I have high personal standards, but to be honest, I generally don't get my fingers and toes done. I am not one for maintenance, it requires leaving the house too often lol. :) This was about the small human in my life who very much needed a sense of comfort on his toes at night, and to feel comfortable about my solution to that problem. For a child that is (and has) experienced a lot of change in his short little life, finding comfort, control, and positivity - right now especially, is extremely important. I can't say that I expected to find so many of those things while just simply taking him to get his toe nails professionally handled, and yet I did. Every single person that we encountered so beautiful, kind and considerate, with every word and touch - it was incredible and beyond any expectation that one could have. When we walked out and he immediately said, "I loved this place so much - they are all so nice!" that was all I needed. The next morning he said that his feet felt so much better touching his blankets and he was so happy with how they looked. My toes looking amazing is just a side bonus. :) Thank you all for being who you are. Little comments and interactions in life can sometimes have the biggest impact on people, and you never know when in the day they will happen. This interaction, on this day was one of those. So thank you. There is a reason you are always booked - and it isn't just great polish. :)
