• 10 on this one but I really believe you have a room to improve if the nails gets messed up within the first week and you try to get it fix. At least you should have this feedback loop for that as you do for new services. I really had a horrible experience last time but I do love my nail technician and she is amazing but I can't say the same when I came last time and tried to get my nails fixed
