• I give Jenn G a 10+, and the salon a 6 for using a household roll of paper towels for hand drying. I feel the cloth towels and c-fold paper towels you used to use were much more in line with an upscale salon. In my opinion, the roll of paper towels just looks like you're cutting corners and makes one wonder where else costs are being cut. 🤷🏻‍♀️ On a positive note, I'm really happy to see some new colors, thus the score of 9/10. Thanks!
