• The welcome desk lady was very friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was cute and quiet (unlike some nail salons that are loud), and the nail techs were amazing and kind. I also loved the convenience of being able to book our services online.

• Clean !!! Friendly & welcoming by Olivia. Esme did a very good job with The IBX Treatment that I needed due to my former technician ( from another Salon) of doing a very aggressive manicure causing my nails to Lift from the bed. After 4 weeks of treatment they are growing healthy. Olivia's advice has been excellent. Thank you. My only criticism is that when I come for early morning appointments the music is loud & not agreeable. Understandable that the younger clients may like this but not relaxing for us older ones. Overall, a good experience. Thank you.
