• I've been a member for 3 years. I love this nail salon. I've never missed an appointment. However, I recently returned from traveling and woke up sick the morning of my appointment. I called to let them know and was told I'd be charged in full for cancelling and that was the policy. I understand the technician missed a client, but there should be some kind of exception. Like I said, I've never missed an appointment in three years. That's the only complaint I have. Otherwise, I love the studio.

• Ashley did an amazing job taking of my acrylic nails I've been waiting to embrace my natural nail for a very long time and get them back to health and she assured me through the entire process that she was going to only only safely take off the acrylic but save my nails any damage. Absolutely amazing.
