• I always enjoy my experience at Paint Nail Bar in Annapolis. It's a beautifully bright, warm and friendly environment and has now become a family affair as I've invited my husband and daughter to enjoy pampering for themselves as well.

• I've been a member for 3 years. I love this nail salon. I've never missed an appointment. However, I recently returned from traveling and woke up sick the morning of my appointment. I called to let them know and was told I'd be charged in full for cancelling and that was the policy. I understand the technician missed a client, but there should be some kind of exception. Like I said, I've never missed an appointment in three years. That's the only complaint I have. Otherwise, I love the studio.
