• You have some great people that work there and you have some that have no clue how to personable to the public. Karen does our nails and she is truly the one reason we come there. She goes out of her way to greet customers, she goes out of her way to help others, she is always positive even when I know she swamped, and she speaks to everyone with kindness even if they are not her client! She has incredible talent and is always willing to help us find cute ideas for our nails. I have three people in my family that use Karen and we adore her. If she is not available then we choose to wait! The world of nail salons need a LOT more Karens because someone as personable as her makes the experience of treating myself worth the trip! Thanks Karen!
