• The cleanliness of the shop and equipment used, non toxic chemicals are not used, the atmosphere of everyone visiting and happy, my manicurist, Monique, was professional and not hurried. Love the appointment system because she was focused on my needs instead of always looking towards the door to see how many clients were walking in without appointments so she can hurt with me to have another client to make more commissions. She took her time making sure of exactly what I wanted, shape of the mail, color, if I want her to push back my cuticles or have her clip them. She explained the nutrition of the products used will help build the strength of my nails and moisturizing my cuticles, etc. Great experience!
