• Paola (not sure if that is how to spell her name) was my nail tech. She was precise and explained every step while taking care of my nails. That matters to me. In fact, the minute I walked in the door the hostess checked me in, asked if I wanted a drink, and explained that it would be a few minutes before my appointment (I was early). The atmosphere of the facility was bright and inviting. There was a group of people being taken care of with pedicures when I arrived. They were all happy, which applied to my experience. :)
