• Love the experience overall, super relaxing, not loud because there's no drills used, and the girls are all so so so sweet. I found it challenging sitting in front of two nail techs who were very close. They mostly talked with each other, which almost made me feel like I was eavesdropping or not included in the convo. Personally I didn't mind it that much, but maybe I can speak for other girls coming in to get their nails done who might feel awkward sitting their for a while and not being able to participate in a conversation happening right in front of them. My nails are amazing! I did French tips for the first time (gel mani + gel pedi) and I'm obsessed! My roommate has her nail tech that she prefers and loves, but I haven't found mine yet. I've tried a few different girls, but I have yet to find someone that is detail-oriented, asks me how they look (before, during, and after), and makes good conversation. I went to school to be a nail tech a while ago, but didn't pursue it. Maybe that's why I'm so particular about how my nails look and the type of customer experience I'd appreciate. Overall, love this place, love the people, love my nails! My 9/10 was simply because it's just THAT close to being perfect! Minor fixes :)
