• Aimee was great. She looked up my past records to see what colour was used previously. She took her time to retouch my eyebrows as needed. I didn't have to suffer through two days of dye on my skin like in the past. She was careful to prep with Vasoline, which prevented staining. I would recommend her without hesitation. I always enjoy looking through your boutique and have found many fun gifts there. Thank you for being a small business salon that I enjoy visiting. I feel comfortable receiving services in your calm, beautiful, clean, and welcoming storefront.

• I love Painless Waxing Boutique and recommend them to anyone and everyone! They make the whole experience easy and comfortable from the moment you walk in to the second you leave. Everyone is really knowledgeable about the products that they sell and how to maintain your skin in between waxes, but they will never push products or services on you. With sensitive skin it can be hard to find wax that works for me, but Painless Waxing has so many options that we were able to find what works best for me. I love this place and will continue to come back forever :)

• First time visit to this place. I recently relocated to Chicago, so I've been looking for a regular waxing place. I love it here. Had a great experience with both Meggie Sue and Taylor. Brow shaping and tint, as well as leg, arm, and Brazilian wax. I laughed so much during my my visit that my abs hurt on the way home! Street parking was easy. Can't wait for my next appointment!

• I was extremely hesitant to be waxed by anyone new because I myself am a wax specialist. But everyone was very nice, I was seen early, the facility was clean,Taylor was super cool and very skilled, and my Brazilian was as painless as possible. I was in and out within 15 min. I will say the prices are are littlehigh, so I wish they did some sort of packaging.
