Good body instruction, nice studio, friendly staff. I liked that I didn't have to pay to rent a mat. I travel for work and go to a lot of studios and this was exactly what I was looking for. Could have used a little more heat in the room but it wasn't something that took away from the class or that would cause me to rate otherwise.
All the teachers have unwavering passion for what they do and it really transcends to all the students. I always feel pushed to my limits and leave class feeling rejuvenated.
