Bethany is an outstanding instructor. Would like to see her bring back her Saturday morning spin/trx class, though I understand you no longer have the spin bikes.

The instructor's personality.
She was welcoming. This made me feel comfortable. We chatted before the class began. Also, my daughter made her aware of my knee pain and she showed me modified ways to do some of the movements (for lack of a better word). I plan to attend her classes. I slept good that night too! Thanks.
