I would recommend PAI to anyone and everyone of all ages. I primarily attend barre classes and I am thankful every time I take a class as they are challenging enough for all levels and the facilitators are fabulous!! Every one of them are great at what they do. Great coaching skills with encouragement and motivating comments throughout the class!
