Last evening was quite possibly the best yoga class I experienced in my life. Everything was amazing! The instructor was excellent, the poses were exactly what I needed, the essential oils and lighting were perfect, and the shavasena was outstanding. So many places just want yo give you a 3 min shavasena, but this one was so helpful and just perfect! Altho it was a drop-in class for me, I will most certainly be back again VERY SOON!!
