Kara is an amazing yogi and human being. She brings light and love to each practice she leads. Her passion flows through her and her voice is calm and gentle; it immediately calms my spirit.
PAI is such an important part of my life! I love the instructors, the variety of classes and schedule. It would be great to have a shower facility for those that go straight to work and an advanced Barre class. Besides that PAI is the best!!
