• Great experience overall comprised of studio atmosphere (quality, aesthetics, ambiance created by infrared lights, decor style, lighting, heat and being brand new studio clean and fresh!), instructor was very good leader, knowledgeable and sensitive to our abilities, and has a very comfortable energy about her, working in the dark is less intimidating than brightly lit classes, friendly welcoming staff/owner, location.
