I love the classes and the instructors are amazing. I feel that all levels of physical ability would be able to enjoy the classes and benefit from the infra red.

I really love the instructors, especially Karla and Leah. The only thing is that the classes are getting completely filled and I think they need to add more barre, it’s really hard to get a spot!
