I love Oxygen, I started at the Saanich location and when West Shore opened, started a membership there as it is close to work and home. The classes are great, they are such a good way to unplug and sweat it out! I am very glad that WS has added Hot Box class to their roster and I am hoping they will be adding better times during the week for the class.
