I love the box fit class, the energy is always awesome! Karla is great at encouraging you to work hard and push yourself but at the same time (as with every class I’ve taken) the environment is very welcoming. There’s no pressure and there’s always modifications - you can go at your own pace, take breaks, etc. I always leave feeling amazing!
