The kundalini class is an amazing and important alternative class to offer.
The class was excellent. The instructor was fantastic. The facility was nice and clean. I really enjoyed the heat and the challenge it brought to the work out. Working out barefoot on the cushy floor it's a nice change from running shoes, it reminded me of working out on the beach.
