Hey! I absolutely love all my classes. The only thing is, the four hour cancellation window seems steep. I could not get out of meetings today at work and only provided 3 hours notice because my work ran late, and was charged according to policy. Is there any way the policy could be reviewed to reflect a smaller window? In closing, this has nothing to do with the classes or the amazing manager and staff! They are all so good!!

I can see results in my physical strength and mental health. Lovely teachers, and I'm comfortable there. Only comment is I accidentally went to one too many classes for my pass last month and wasn't notified/was charged $20. I think there should be a step saying "you will be charged a drop in rate for this additional class. Are you sure?"
