• Always enjoy One feedback item which I know is a challenge is the cancellation fee. I often attend 5:30am & 7am classes and if you wake up not feeling good you sometimes feel pressured to show up anyways because the fee is $20. I rarely late cancel (maybe one time per year) and it’s only been when I have been ill and shouldn’t be attending.
