The staff (owner) makes me feel like I am important to helping them have a viable business. If you watch how the staff interact with the members you can see that they are happy and care that each person belongs to that studio.
The only thing I would like different is a candle light deep stretch durning the week before noon at least once a week mon- fri for shift workers who can not get to it in the evenings.
