The instructors are amazing and I enjoy the variety of classes. It's a one stop shop for fitness for me.
I love the teachers, options of class types and times and the infrared heat. This is the longest I have ever committed to a work out studio :).

I chose a 10 because every time I go to oxygen I have a great time! The class I just went to was with Emily and she's one of my favourite teachers she always offers the best classes and relaxes and brings clarity while going deeper into my practice!
