The classes are well spaced, not too crowded. Lani was the teacher today for freedom flow yoga. It was just perfect. It was calming, but challenging, and just the perfect amount of stretch and yoga poses. Not rushed. Just what I needed.
It was a very relaxing class, Poonam makes everyone feels like a family. She shares her knowledge about all the instruments she was using in class…. Thank you!
