The instructors are so professional and motivating. They are so informative about the anatomy behind the fitness and are great at pushing us while makingsure we don't over do it. I love the music and the environment. So clean and welcoming. Non judgemental like gym environments. I also love the variety in classes. My all time favourite is the Hot BAR class.
