If you see my reviews on your Oxygen website/app , I have explained my wonderful experience on Friday morning with Pinky...the way she has conducted this class...it was a healing for my body as before that class My whole body was in pain but after that I had no pain at all ...and on top of that the soulful music created positive atmosphere ...
