Trevor is the most wonderful yoga instructor you could ever imagine! He describes every pose in perfect detail which is great for beginners and people who have been doing yoga but didn't know they were doing poses incorrectly, or weren't experiencing the full benefit of each pose. He also challenges experienced yogis at the same time. The udio is clean and I love the heat!
