Instructor faced us while teaching instead of facing the mirro. This helped for visabal learning styles! She did a great job of explaining and modifying the poses !

I feel bad when I have to cancel sometimes ( I have three kids, work full time, shit happens) and Im filled with dread that I will be charged. I know it's only 5 bucks but that's how I feel. ❤️

Port Moody is a great studio. First off they have the best teachers that always are happy and engaging. The front of the line staff is amazing, very welcoming each and every time I come to the studio and can answer my questions/concerns professionally with putting the customer first. Port Moody is always very clean. They continually detail clean the mirrors and Floors between classes and well when it's busy the stuff helps with pulling away weights as well as cleaning them . Bathroom are always very clean. I could go on and on. Ownership always listens to clients concerns and will adapt when needed, but will keep the clients in order with studio rules and policies. Love this place! - Full time member
