• Ken’s yoga part of music is too loud not soft enough. I love his teacher though.

• Well, it's just that I've asked he front desk staff a number of times to fix my account, and it still isn't updated to what I had been told when I signed up for my O2 for life pass... so I can't give it 10/10.
