• Linsea's class was GREAT yesterday! I hadn't been to yoga for some time (Covid) and afternoon just one class my posture is in better alignment, I feel stronger, connected to my body and my mind is a lot more calm. I LOVE YOU GUYS!! Can't wait for my next class!
