• I love this gym and the whole experience. The classes are so good, and are geared to all levels of fitness. The instructors are kind, encouraging, and wield the perfect amount of tough love. The infrared is such a physical and mental healing agent, the classes and times are a great variety, that gives the option for a bit of everything you need for a physically and mentally healthy life. It’s changed my life.
