• The class was amazing! And what I hoped to get out of it - relaxation! Carla was great. I enjoyed the space, ambience and instructions, the class was easy to follow and comforting to know I could go at my own pace. I will definitely be coming again soon!

• I had classes with Lisa, Sara and Robin this week. All of them are amazing! All very different classes but great quality. Lisa has an amazing energy and is so knowledgeable. Great class. Can't miss it!! Robin is pretty good too, I really feel the work out done. Sara has a great and different way to teach that I was used to.I love her class. I do miss HADIS and her tone & sculpt class; she's so incredibly warm and always makes me smile.

• The only reason I put 9 instead of 10 was the conversation happening inside the studio before the class started (deep stretch class). It would be nice to have a no talking rule as many people are trying to take a few minutes to unwind and connect to breath during the few minutes leading up to class. There used to also be issues of teachers or admin allowing people to enter the studio late (after class has started) so hopefully new ownership will not allow that to continue as it's very disruptive, unfair to everyone else and also just sets a precedent. I do love this studio very much and find it to be the best we have in North Van♥️ keep it up :)
