love the new west studio. staff are amazing, teachers are fabulous! I would recommend that you're app could have 4.5hrs notifications (SMS), in app reminders so that people cancel on time within the 4 hr hr limit. (It just needs to be built into the app (coding app enhancements). This would decrease the naughty list for those who forget :)
