I love the community feeling at my Oxygen Yoga

Always a great positive place to come. 5 mins before class should be quiet and enforced by instructors, no one wants to hear about people’s days while most of us are preparing for the class. If you are going to suspend members and withdraw them from classes without informing them-as is done with no hesitation when late cancelling-the Same should be in place when withdrawing members. As a courtesy that way your member doesn’t show up prepared for a class being told “it’s a new policy to withdraw you from your classes.” While I understand the policy, members have pre- PAID for the classes and should be allowed to attend the classes previously booked. If this is the policy then reimburse members for the classes you voluntarily withdrew them from.
