I haven't been a long time , I been stiff and sore . My body was cracking a making will in the class . Today I am feeling fantastic
I literally recommend oxygen to everyone I know! I always feel amazing after leaving a class. I'm still blown away by what it does for my mental health (nevermind the physical benefits)!
