Yesterdays class with Jo was inspiring to work hard and have fun doing it. Todays class with Basha was incredible (like they all are) in that her ability to work the mindfulness mixed with movement and intention is perfect. The way she inspires me to keep going it awesome
Because I like oxygen I vote for more 5:45 AM classes
I love the classes and all the instructors. Really great woman
