Basha's yoga classes are my absolute FAVOURITE! I feel like I get a hard, challenging workout (who knew that was possible in yoga!) all while feeling centered and connected spiritually. Doesn't get better than that!
Great class, instructor...a little crowded but maybe that's just because I got used to smaller groups during health restrictions
Katie is AMAZING!
I love how clean the studio was and that it smells very nice. Not normally the case in hot yoga settings.
