Myah brings so much energy and passion. And the workout Leaves you feeling invigorated. Today's class especially was well thought out planned and Maia has periodic chickens to ensure that all of her students are engaged and enjoying the class.
I felt totally challenged but so rewarded after the classes, upbeat teachers!
