  • I have a friend I will be bringing to try yoga ( one week pass to take in three classes). I want to share my love of yoga with others, and I especially love yoga as a way to improve physical health as we age gracefully. I am thinking this will be one of the classes that would be a great introduction beyond just stretching as yoga is new to her. Positives to this class: Warm, soft ,gentle presentation and guidance by instructor ( I like her style, though I know that is my personal view); Warm is a better start than hot in my mind for someone with no yoga experience; Knowing poses does not appear to be a barrier to a good level of participation in this class; Good introduction though to the concept of poses; I left class feeling I had a worthwhile 'workout', without feeling exhausted ( though for me, I love those classes too).
  • I have been to hundreds of yoga classes over the years and I would rate this one in the top ten. The instruction and knowledge was just so good
  • The class is amazing for all levels that you are at and it really gives you a workout for the whole body and Lori is such a amazing person her energy and motivation that she gives during class is next level ☺️
