I’d love a bigger back room with showers! Only thing that’s missing from this lovely little studio. =)
I was satisfied with the class
Peaceful inviting environment. Instructor was great, didn’t speak more than needed which made the experience relaxing. Loved that the stretches were easy but still got a good stretch. I could participate. I don’t like when there are too complex stretches where I have to think and try different modifications. Takes away from the flow and zen like experience that a relaxation class should be.
The people and classes are AMAZING! I have loved all the classes and leaving feeling great even though I may be very sweaty.
