Not only is Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Kensington a beautiful and clean studio with incredible instructors and front desk staff, but the FAR infrared-heated classes have benefitted my health and fitness journey immensely over the past several years. I continue to use the in studio and virtual classes as a release from every day stress, especially during times like the present, and it has kept my mental, spiritual and physical well-being in tact.
