It's a great approach to good fitness without killing yourself
10 would be perfect and impossible to achieve! 9 is my best- I love the studio- the 6am teachers and strong morning crew!
It's very clean. The community follows the rule. I feel safe going there.
The studio was spotlessly clean, they sanitized the floor after class , and yoga teacher and the staff at the desk was very friendly and welcoming. It was my first visit last Sunday September 5/21
