• Oxygen is like nothing else I have ever experienced. The staff and instructors are very friendly and caring. The heat in the studio is amazing. And above all, the classes are the best. There is a wide variety of classes, but a common theme throughout: this is a safe place, a zone free of judgment, and let’s get sweaty. It’s been a while since I have looked forward to working out so much. My skin is clear, I’ve noticed muscle tone and gain, and overall the intense daily sweat has contributed to my well-being.
