A strong sense of community and a focus on wellness and yogic philosophy over simply selling a service :)
I loved the relaxation techniques I learned
Love the course, love the atmosphere, love how the class was kicked off and taught, the flow was spot on, love majority of the music. The lyrics to one song was a little preachy for my enjoyment during a yoga class and the words were the focus as opposed to the rhythm or beat of the song so they were hard to ignore & students were packed into two rows, which doesn't typically bother me, but there was ample space to spread out closer to the instructor, which we were asked to not occupy. Neither of those items would inhibit me from returning for a second class, because they didn't feel indicative of the studio or of the ability of the instructor
