I thought the teacher was nice and welcoming. It was a small cozy studio. The class I took was very challenging, but the instructor was very encouraging. It was amazing to share the positives vibes, flow together as a class, and I loved how we OMed at the end of class. 💜🕉

Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The community was inclusive and the class was challenging but also flexible to adjust to skill and fitness level. The instructor was very patient and good at giving descriptions in support of all the students
LOVED the class, the live music, the atmosphere, the space, and overall vibe! I will definitely be back and will refer to friends!
