9. Trainer is very encouraging and nice, not in your face yelling. Seems like they genuinely want you to do good. The class setting is nice and the people who attended today aren't judgy and are very helpful as well...so that's awesome, but for a very shy, newcomer who hasn't worked out in forever, it is truly intimidating especially when I have an audience who can see me struggle and how slow I am, hence the 9. Otherwise, it's all good! Will come back and try not to die during grueling workouts. I'm sure they aren't really grueling, just for me bcoz I'm new 🙂
