I haven't been this toned since my pre-partum years in my 20s when I was competitively body building. I'm now 43, and a mother of 2, with a professional career who can't spend 2 hrs in a gym like I did back in the day. Outlaw provides an efficient, high intensity workout that you see results from quickly.
